I have to agree with some of the people here... my experience has basically led me to believe the company is a scam. The representative sent me photos of a beautiful machine for which I paid $1700. I was told three weeks, but the machine showed up in six weeks. In a completely broken up CARDBOARD box with missing strapholders, screws, foot board that is detached and no way of attaching, completely defective, very cheaply made and parts that don't fit in addition to wheels that are basically the ones my daughter has on her scooter. it was not even close to the machine that was shown online. If I could attach, pictures I would. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me a partial credit because I still have the machine (that does not work). I ended up disputing it with my credit card and getting a full refund. I put a review on their site - With pictures and it was never posted!!Response said it was damaged in shipping! UNTRUE! It was not the machine I was shown pictures of when I was purchasing. This site does not allow me to post pictures of what I was sold and what was sent to me. Additionally, they refused to give me a full refund and that is why I disputed it with my credit card and my bank fought the charge! I was not foinf to accept an exchange because I did not trust that they would send me another machine of the same quality. I now have a 9 foot reformer in my home that is unusable and unsafe.
