I used to be a happy customer for years. On March 12th I received the wrong product-not what I ordered. I emailed them to exchange the item, and sent them all of the information including photos. I received no help. (They also discontinued customer service by phone.) It's April 9th and I still haven't heard back. So I submitted for a refund, and besides having to cover the original shipping costs, I was penalized 10%. Huge disappointment.
