I purchased from Snow on August 19th, 2035. when I received the order, I was missing items and immediately contacted them. I waited two weeks for them to respond and when they didn’t, I opened a dispute against the charge. After that, I finally heard back and they told me once the dispute was closed they would fully refund me. My credit card company confirmed that my dispute was officially closed on October 9, 2025, and that Snow’s system should have updated by October 22–23. I even have written confirmation from Amex showing the case is finalized on their end, and I see it on my end as well. However, as of October 25, Snow continues to claim the case is “not closed” in their system and keeps directing me to contact my bank — even though my bank has made it clear that the issue is now on Snow’s end. I’ve been polite and patient, but after multiple emails and reassurances, I’m still missing my refund.It’s very disappointing to have to chase down money that should have already been returned. I really hope someone from Snow’s management team can step in, check with their payment processor, and finally resolve this.Until then, I can’t recommend purchasing from this company due to the poor communication, lack of accountability, and delayed resolution process.
