I ordered their Gen 1 LED Electric toothbrush and can not get replacement heads. I have been emailing and posting comments to them since March 2025 asking when the replacement heads will be in stock. I either go back and forth with no actual answer or I have been given a date in a month, and when that month comes, it is still out of stock. Have been asking for 8 months now. I asked if the product is discontinued and get no honest answer. Happy for them to send me the next gen toothbrush and I start ordering those heads, but also get no where with that suggestion. It seems very dishonest and like a scheme to make you buy the newer model instead of the one you have invested in. To add more insult, I had purchased a charging case, the travel case and other accessories. Very sad that it is all wasted. Just don't trust or buy from this company.
