I paid over $20 extra for expedited shipping and received my package four days late, which was too late for my trip. I contacted the support team, but they directed me to the shipping provider. The provider informed me that the seller needs to file a claim for reimbursement before I can be compensated. I attempted multiple times to reach out via email, but they closed my case and have not replied to my follow-up messages. DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
