First order with the company. Product itself is great!
Package was lost in the mail. We were able to confirm that it 100% was on USPS’ end, but the team was still very accommodating and happily offered to resend the package (which I received!)
Sam and team were very kind and willing to assist with any information they could provide me with. Also - I came away very impressed with the quick response times despite being in different time zones.
We don’t drink alcohol but have used thc beverages for years, we have tried many companies. We were excited to see an option that was flavorless and dissolves in anything, but Sprinkle was disappointing. The high was very mild compared to other products, there is a lingering mild headache, there is just something off about this product. We tired all three kinds: calm, sleep and Go.
My first order from Sprinkle was shipped quickly and discreetly. I purchased the “Chill” bulk 500 mg drink mix. The effects are mild, but not too mild. The name suits it well, it’s “Chill”. Effects usually last 3-4 hours for me.
After my initial experiences, I decided to purchase the larger 1000 mg drink mix as there was a “buy 2 get 1 free” offer. There was some confusion in the ordering process - probably on my end. I ordered 2, thinking that the third one would automatically be added to my order. So I was disappointed when only 2 arrived. I reached out via email and received a reply the same day to inform me that I should have added 3 to my cart instead of 2, and the third one would have been free. Sam, the customer service representative who replied to my emails was quick, courteous, and Sprinkle graciously shipped the third one out for free.

Very satisfied with the Chill 500 that I received. I like being able to control the level of enjoyment. At 5 mg, it’s very soothing. Not disappointed and recommended to others.
I ordered at the beginning of January, hoping it would be a great addition for "Dry-January." However, after 21 days, my order still hasn't been shipped! I've contacted them multiple times, and the only reply I received was that "it's a problem with USPS." That's not accurate; I can see they created the label but haven't even tried to ship it. This feels like a scam.
I paid over $20 extra for expedited shipping and received my package four days late, which was too late for my trip. I contacted the support team, but they directed me to the shipping provider. The provider informed me that the seller needs to file a claim for reimbursement before I can be compensated. I attempted multiple times to reach out via email, but they closed my case and have not replied to my follow-up messages. DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
They truly offer the best products… they've helped me eliminate alcohol from my life quickly and have positively influenced my mood each day. When I had a question regarding my shipping, they promptly addressed my request. Thank you to the team.
The order began well with a tracking number provided within a couple of days, but then it sat for over a week without any updates. My inquiries received vague responses, and still no movement today. I requested a refund due to the lack of order, but received no response. Poor communication, no updates, and no product lead to a negative review.
Now on day SIX and my order is just sitting. I have received zero response from the support team. Buyers should be cautious. There has been no customer response to multiple inquiries about the package. Considering filing a complaint with the BBB and the state.
