I've been using this toothbrush for 4 months. I've just been to the dental hygienist and there has been an increase of plaque build up. I would have to agree with her that the the Suri toothbrush just vibrates even on both settings. I have to manually brush after the 2 minute cycle to properly remove debris of my teeth. They are aesthetically pleasing to look at but not really good. I have now repurchased an Oral B toothbrush. Unfortunately I could not return the other one that has not been used as it's outside their 100day policy despite me voicing my concerns about the quality of their toothbrush.
