This is my first time leaving a Trustpilot review but I feel frustrated. Suri's advertising and marketing is great, giving off a first class service optic. However, it's taken 6 days for Suri to get out my parcel to Royal Mail having paid next day delivery. From ordering to its estimated delivery it will have taken 9 days.
One can only hope the product is as good as they say when it eventually arrives.
