Repeated Billing Issues

This is the second time I've requested to stop being charged for this subscription. Avoid this company unless you want to deal with ongoing billing problems!

Avoid This Company

Avoid this company completely. They will charge you a membership fee without your consent once you provide your payment information. They may send an email to cancel, but will still attempt to charge you. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent future charges, and I don't trust their claims.

WARNING SCAMMERS/ 49 dollars and 99 cents "monthly membership"

*PLEASE READ*On 6/12/25 I purchased the methylene blue from the tryvizoya website. The deal was buy one/get one for $39.95 plus s$h. I added the bottles to my cart and proceeded to check out. I did notice that in the cart was an item "Vizoya Rewards" $0 To my stupidity I didn't look too much further into this since most retailer's Rewards Programs are usually point based incentives to keep you coming back. Anyway, my idiot self continued to check out and was charged $46.94. About a minute later I got a notification from my credit card company (CCC) asking if I had made this purchase (Red Flag) and like an idiot I said yes. My husband received his blue dye bottles about 2 weeks later, and proceeded to use it about 3 weeks with no noticeable changes even though "that one podcaster says it works wonders". On 8/9/25 I got an alert from my CCC asking if I made this purchase $49.99 from Vizoya, I immediately answered no. I then called the CCC to figure out what was going on and was told that the company also charged my card in July for $49.99 although I didn't catch it. I went to the website to look for a number to call and to my surprise it was a recording that tells you to email. I emailed the company to figure out what was going on and in the meantime went to the website and that's when I saw what the Vizoya Rewards actually entails....,.JOIN VIZOYA REWARDSBy completing your purchase and checking the box or otherwise acknowledging your agreement, you agree to enroll in the exclusive Vizoya Rewards membership program.Vizoya Rewards provides:Access to VIP pricing on all website productsAccess to trending products through the Vizoya PortalFree shipping on all Vizoya Portal ordersLowest price guarantee on all VIP Portal ordersPriority 24/7 customer supportThis membership includes a 30-day introductory period. It is billed at 49 dollars and 99 cents per month after your introductory period and continues until canceled. You can cancel at any time by clicking Manage Membership on our website or by contacting us through email. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 3 days before your introductory period ends or your next billing date.So basically you're going to pay $ 49.99 a month (notice that they wrote it 49 dollars and 99 cents so you hopefully wouldn't catch it) for basically nothing. After emailing the company I was able to get a refund of one one of the $49.99 charges. I made sure to read the fine print and canceled my "membership" I watched my credit card closely in September and October and thought I was in the clear until I got another alert from my CCC on 11/13/25 for $53.24. I immediately contacted them and we decided it was best to cancel the card. I then emailed Vizoya asking them why they had charged my card 2 months after I had canceled my "membership". Someone did actually email me back and they did refund me the $53.24. Please DO NOT ORDER from TRYVIZOYA.COM and if you did, please check your credit card statements. And don't just accept that your money is gone...EMAIL them! The email is listed on the website

I got charged $49.99 for the Vizoya…

I got charged $49.99 for the Vizoya subscription, I forgot I signed up for it and emailed their customer support.. they informed me of my benefits and told me I can cancel it with 1 click or get a full refund. I said I would checkout the portal and discounts and it is simply amazing! You get everything at a very steep discount.

STAY AWAY! Unethical practices, charging CC for stuff not ordered.

Company is a scam. When you place an order, they automatically sign you up for a monthly membership and bill for stuff you didn’t order. It took me several emails to get that stopped and refunded. At that time, they said they had cancelled the membership but then a few months later, 2 additional charges showed up that I had to dispute through my CC. STAY AWAY!!
