ZERO stars if I could...says it's handmade but in her email when I complained she said they come from Asia.....is there not a law against false representation of a product?? And the hoops they make you jump through to get a refund...UGH! The ring was cheap and I can promise you it runs a 2nd to TEMU! Looks nothing like the ring I ordered.....cheap, cheap, cheap......it looks like handmade in the pictures but looks factory made when you receive it. It also took almost a month to get here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This is a scam site!! I ordered in early January and did not receive my merchandise by end of February— so many emails including ones stating a sob story about being a single mom. It is all BS. I finally had to contact my cc company because my repeated request for a refund was totally blown off!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE SITE.
The jewelry is so cheap looking. I am trying to get a refund and they have spent days offering me reductions, 20, 30,40, 50% off. Problem is I don't want this cheap jewelery. They will not give me return instructions or an address for return. I am reporting them to my credit card company. They are a fraud. Don't buy from this company!
Ordered 20 days ago, tracking states in LA, then in Utah, back to LA, back to Utah, now heading to Seattle. I think fake tracking and I will never receive my order. When I reached out, no response so far. Don’t buy from them
WORST EXPERIENCE. told them to cancel an order, and they spent two days pushing offers on me instead of canceling the order BEFORE it shipped. It was clearly distraction to buy time until it did ship. I will NEVER order from here again. First and accidental first, and definitely last time. What kind of business scams their customers like that?
Susan answered my questions right away about measuring my fingers for the right size and she was very responsive to other emails. Her designs are exquisite and the level of craftsmanship in how work is extraordinary. Take advantage of the sale I did. I love what I bought.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m battling with them now over two sets of earrings I purchased from them. What they sent me was not even close to what they advertised. Cheaply made. Although the advertisement reads money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase, this is not what I’m experiencing with them.
