I purchased a pair of hearing aids from relieve and had nothing but trouble with them. The last thing that happened to them was that the right side fell completely apart when I was trying to pull the aid out at the end of the day. The end pulled off completely and I was using the proper piece on the end of the hearing aid to remove it from my ear. I sent a picture of the broken parts to a guy by the name of Rohan. All he said was that they don’t warranty items that arrive in perfect condition. How would he know what condition the hearing aids were in when they arrived at my home. They were in good condition when they arrived, it was simply poor manufacturing that made it fall apart and I had only used them approximately 10-15 times. I will never buy anything from this company again. Now I am out over a hundred dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they don’t warranty poor workmanship in any way.
