Once I received my knee sleeves I found they were to loose so I was asked to send measurements to rectify the problem.
Not only did they make to my measurements but was not charged for the new pair.

I really like the 2 knee braces that I bought. I bought both because there was a good offer on. I use the copper one more because it’s very comfortable to wear and I like the design.
I have used lots of knee braces in the past but this one is really comfortable and doesn’t slip down when I wear it.
This is my 2nd year using Knee brace support because of my meniscus tear,during my 1st year of using the product i see that it help the stability of my knee, and i went back to my normal routine. I do recommend the product to my co workers who is also experience the same knee problem. I had problem though with my second order about the sizing but the team immediately replace it with custom made medium size which is the perfect size. I also mention that there's always a room for improvement about the rubber inside the sleeve so it won't keep on rolling down. But otherwise i am happy about the product , i am still using it until now even if it's rolling down, it really helps my knee recovery.

Have brought three knee supports from We Relieve over the last year and have never had an issue. I was sceptical at first due claims made about pain relief when wearing as have had other style supports before, but these definitely do as they say. My knees don't ache when wearing them and knees definitely feel more stable. The reason I have brought three pairs is not due to quality but due to my job. I am a Plumber and Drainlayer so am on my knees a lot I have two pairs for work and one good pair for home. I prefer the elite ones over the elite 2.0 as I find them more comfortable. Shipping does take a while but only normal for things I have brought online.
They respond immediately, my order was replace asap from large to customized medium size. The fitting is great and help my knee recovery , atleast I believed that but after 1 month the knee sleeve dont hold properly anymore and keep on rolling down, the rubber from inside starts to fall off.. maybe they can improve in that area. Thanks
I purchased a pair of hearing aids from relieve and had nothing but trouble with them. The last thing that happened to them was that the right side fell completely apart when I was trying to pull the aid out at the end of the day. The end pulled off completely and I was using the proper piece on the end of the hearing aid to remove it from my ear. I sent a picture of the broken parts to a guy by the name of Rohan. All he said was that they don’t warranty items that arrive in perfect condition. How would he know what condition the hearing aids were in when they arrived at my home. They were in good condition when they arrived, it was simply poor manufacturing that made it fall apart and I had only used them approximately 10-15 times. I will never buy anything from this company again. Now I am out over a hundred dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they don’t warranty poor workmanship in any way.

Order number 161263 - I placed this on 1/1/26 and was happy to see that according to the website, it was a uk based company with eu offices as well. Delivery was supposed to take 4-7 days. Today is the 17th and still no tracking available or delivery imminent. I have emailed requesting a refund for this order, as I have not received it, as per the terms and conditions, but haven’t had any response. The items apparently are being shipped from China. Not what the website said. I am so very disappointed, and just want my refund at this point Update - 20/1/26 still no tracking, or delivery. I have received email offering store credit due to the delay, but no response when I repeated my request for a refund. Not good enough
