Absolutely horrendous customer service! I refuse to give up on getting a refund. So far, it's taken about 6 weeks and 16 emails! I returned an order, and before I received the refund, they sent me another product claiming I was on a subscription! I was furious and now have to start the long process of getting a refund for this. Terrible service!
