The customer service is the worst! I refuse to give up on getting my refund. It's taken about 6 weeks and 16 emails so far! I returned an order, and instead of a refund, they sent me another product, claiming I was on a subscription! I was furious and now have to start the long process of obtaining a refund for this. Terrible service!

If I could rate this service lower, I definitely would. They do not disclose the ingredients in their products, and when I received mine, I found it contained something I'm allergic to. When I tried to return it, I got a complete runaround and was never able to get a refund. They kept shipping me additional products for two more months, despite my numerous requests to stop and refund. I will warn everyone I can that this service is a scam!
Zero stars, and I haven't even made a purchase! After reading about how this service tricks people into subscriptions and their lack of customer support, I strongly advise others to pay through a secure method to stop payments and obtain refunds quickly.
This service is a complete scam! They enrolled me in multiple subscriptions without my consent! They do not respond to calls or emails about this issue! It's been a month since my initial order, but they've charged me for three times that amount. When I reached out right away, they claimed it had already shipped! I later found out I was locked into a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I still haven't received any orders, so I had to report my card as lost to get a new one. As an elderly person on disability, they have taken $200 from me without any consideration! BEWARE OF THESE HIGH-LEVEL SCAMMERS!
Very questionable practices. You essentially have to subscribe to make a purchase, and canceling is impossible. There's no online account access, and when you finally reach customer service via email to cancel, they refuse and say you need to wait longer to see if the product works. I'm very unhappy with their service and no longer trust the product.
