I ordered on November 25th and have still yet to get my order. I contacted them say that I did not have my order and they sent me a picture from their courier that said it was delivered. When I informed them that the door pictured was not the correct address, they told me that it was not their fault. I even got a letter from their delivery courier that stated that the order was not correctly delivered that advised them to refund or resend the order, since sending this letter I have been ghosted by the company. As of writing this there are 4 emails and two instagram direct message that have no been replied to. During the entire 4 week process of communicating with "Sam" from their support team and their Instagram support team, I never once asked for a refund, I stated time and time again that all I wanted was for them to reship the order to the address that I had put for my order and receive the goods that I paid for in our contract of sale. All they had to do was file a dispute with the mailing provider to get an insurance claim back and then reship my order, but they have my money already so they don't care. This has lead to me starting a dispute with my card provider, and the letter from their carrier (UniUni) as well as the emails where TRZN admit that it was delivered to the wrong address have been submitted as evidence. Long story short, don't order from this company. It's an absolute scam.
