Review Time
Based on other reviews, it seems I wasn’t the only one experiencing a lack of shipping updates. I ordered two sweatshirts and initially only received the order confirmation, followed by automated emails saying my order was being prepared.
I ended up contacting them for an update, but shortly after, my package arrived at my doorstep. Despite the limited communication, the delivery was actually quite fast, about 8 business days, even with public holidays happening here.
As for the items themselves, I was really happy with the quality. The sweatshirts feel very well-made, and the prints are vibrant and look great in person. The fit is perfect and slightly oversized, which I love!

Don’t ever order from here. Im almost positive it’s a scam. It’s been weeks and the ONLY email alert I got about my package was the initial order confirmation. Since then I’ve gotten zero updates. I was ordering them for my husband for our anniversary and it won’t get here in time if even at all. I’ve contacted them several times with no response. I talked to others and they said they never got their money either and had to dispute the charge with their bank. Disgusting and terrible company!!!
Edit: I received the order and in time for christmas & it was as discribed. So my main complaint really is just that I never received shipping advice and didn't think it was coming. Ended up being ok.I placed an order 16 days ago for my teen for Christmas. The order has not been dispatched and will not arrive in time for Christmas now. I have contacted customer service twice requesting either shipping information or a refund and have been told both times they are about to ship. It is 4 days since they last responded and still it has not been dispatched and no refund. Unless you have months to wait and don’t mind continually following up, avoid this company.
The items I bought never shipped and they’re not refunding my shipping costs. I understand shipping is a 3rd party but when I wait 4 months and jumping thru loops to get this package?!?!? It’s not worth it. From now on I will be going to other anime shops and hopefully I have a better experience cuz I really enjoy this gear.
I love my clothes from Torazen. All of the items are high quality and very comfy. I ordered express shipping and my items were not sent express. I reached out to customer care and they reimbursed me and kept in communication with me to ensure my order was delivered. It did take about 9 days to get delivered after it shipped, since I am in USA and it shipped from China. But the quality of clothes and customer care made it worth the wait!
My biggest complaint was the shipping time. I ordered my case on March 7th and didn't receive it till the 21st. Other than that the case itself looks great. Fits snug and looks clean. As for the durability, I dropped it the other day and sine there are some notches on the bottom for aesthetic purposes it already cracked. Still gonna use it though.
Not going to write long paragraphs so if you want an honest and quick review keep reading.Positives:- Fabric is durable and not too thin- Oversized fit (don't get smaller)- Really good and durable design printing- Customer support gave me every info whenever I asked (keep reading it's important) Negatives:- Slow responses (2-3 days average)- I didn't get the tracking number (order didn't update so I had to ask via email)-Note that your courrier may not do home deliveries- Took a bit longer than expected to arriveConclusion:- I would recommend them, but you have to have a LOT of patience!
