Then spent 45 mins to get through to be told I need to talk to the fraud team , who had all gone home. Ring back tomorrow only option.
I then need to talk to the credit card fraud team as my card appeared to be blocked another long wait overall 1hr 55min on phone. 1 hour 40 of it waiting to be answered
