I purchased a 22-liter water cooler from the company's site. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that it did not come with the necessary water bottle and filters to use the device. When I contacted the support team, they were dismissive of my concerns. I was informed that it was clearly stated on their site that the bottle and filter were sold separately, which is absolutely untrue. What began as a $158 investment for a water cooler has now turned into nearly $300. This feels like misleading advertising. The company should strive to improve their practices. I am one very disappointed customer and will not be returning.
