Brought a stand alone oven through trademe from TSB Lowerhutt in 2021 August.A Midea brand And the screws at the top of the grill element have rusted out and left a hole in the top of my oven .And when I contacted them they tried to blame me for the rust and the inferior screws.And they would not even come out to view the oven.Very dishonest and not a trustworthy company to deal with.
I bought 2 products.Both are totally disappointed with the product information. Poor instructions information and wrong holes provided at few locations. Product is not complete wood base. Ok for temporary usage. Temporary worth for the cost. But terrible product information for set-up. Totally disappointed with the information booklet.

Bought a Rowing Machine Air & Magnetic System and was a bit nervous about quality, but it is very well constructed and is of very good quality, was relatively easy to put together. the only negative is the display is a bit confusing and it has a pulse meter that I can not work out , needs simpler instructions for display. But overall happy with purchase and delivery was quick.
I recently ordered a couch and eagerly awaited its arrival, but I was left feeling let down when it finally came. None of the brackets aligned, making it impossible to attach the back rests to the seats. Additionally, there was a broken piece inside that prevented any brackets from fitting. Overall, it felt like a poorly constructed and cheap couch. When I reached out to the company to address the issues and request a return and refund, they were resistant and offered a replacement instead. After considerable back and forth, during which I insisted on a refund due to the poor quality, they eventually agreed to refund me after I returned the item to their warehouse. What they failed to mention was that the initial shipping fee of $80 would not be refunded. At that point, I decided to accept the refund and chalk up the lost $80 to experience. I have had decent experiences with the company in the past, but if you face any issues with a product, the returns and refund process can be quite frustrating. I won't be ordering from them again.
During our initial visit to the location, we had a delightful experience. The entire team was very accommodating, especially a representative who provided exceptional support for all our questions and needs. Kudos to the service and best wishes!
I bought an outdoor bar set, and the delivery surpassed my expectations while the assembly was straightforward. There was a minor issue with one of the chair components, but it was resolved quickly and easily. The customer support I received throughout the entire process was outstanding. I would gladly shop with the company again.
I purchased a 22-liter water cooler from the company's site. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that it did not come with the necessary water bottle and filters to use the device. When I contacted the support team, they were dismissive of my concerns. I was informed that it was clearly stated on their site that the bottle and filter were sold separately, which is absolutely untrue. What began as a $158 investment for a water cooler has now turned into nearly $300. This feels like misleading advertising. The company should strive to improve their practices. I am one very disappointed customer and will not be returning.
The delivery was prompt and the price for the tree was excellent. However, it isn't as 'full' as depicted in the images. It's still an attractive Christmas tree, but it doesn't match the advertisement. There are quite a few 'empty spaces' where the stem is visible.
Exceptional staff and facility. Outstanding store. A special thanks to a representative who was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Due to the excellent service, I returned and made additional purchases. Thank you for the great experience. Will definitely recommend this service.
