I recently ordered a couch and eagerly awaited its arrival, but I was left feeling let down when it finally came. None of the brackets aligned, making it impossible to attach the back rests to the seats. Additionally, there was a broken piece inside that prevented any brackets from fitting. Overall, it felt like a poorly constructed and cheap couch. When I reached out to the company to address the issues and request a return and refund, they were resistant and offered a replacement instead. After considerable back and forth, during which I insisted on a refund due to the poor quality, they eventually agreed to refund me after I returned the item to their warehouse. What they failed to mention was that the initial shipping fee of $80 would not be refunded. At that point, I decided to accept the refund and chalk up the lost $80 to experience. I have had decent experiences with the company in the past, but if you face any issues with a product, the returns and refund process can be quite frustrating. I won't be ordering from them again.
