I paid for next-day delivery, but after 9 days, I'm still waiting. I was put on hold for over 45-70 minutes on three separate occasions, and after waiting 39 minutes on the first call, the line was disconnected. Finally, I spoke with someone who was unhelpful and promised a call back the next day, which never happened. They have my $785.00 and no idea where my order is. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. You've lost a long-time customer.
