I ordered from a shopping channel and it has been a complete nightmare. I never received my item, which cost over $700 including shipping. They claimed it was delivered to a different town. I've contacted them multiple times, and while they attempted to trace it, I received no follow-up or refund, even with proof. This feels fraudulent, and I don’t understand how they continue to operate with so many similar complaints. I'm out $700 with no product. Disgraceful business practices.
