I have bought many pieces of hardware from various companies over the years. tscontrollers is without doubt the best company i have ever worked with and they provide top quality hardware and customer support that is second to none. If you want the best, most immersive physical hardware experience then buy this company's hardware. ignore the cheap chinese hardware implementations which are clunky and don't always work especially with the more complex trains in train sim.tscontrollers hardware just works, if it doesn't the dev usually has a fix ready to go before you have even asked for one.i origioinally bought the pbc v1, door panel and aws plunger 2nd hand from a fellow simmer about 18 months ago and the pbc had a few small issues which i did not expect tscontrollers to rectify as the product was out of the warranty period, but i messaged them on the off chance that something could be done and they sent a few new parts which were easy to fit and the pbc was good as new.Since them i have bought the flexi brake v1 which a few weeks after purchase a v2 was announced. Happily i messaged to ask if there was a upgrade path for existing v1 owners and the answer was yes. sent my v1 back and a week later it was returned at v2 spec at a nominal upgrade cost better than ever.I am a wheelchair user with limited mobility in my legs so can't use the dsd pedal in the conventional way so i asked tscontrollers to make a custom buttom similar to the aws plunger and the once again came up with the goodsvery satisfied customer, highly recommended
