I have bought many pieces of hardware from various companies over the years. tscontrollers is without doubt the best company i have ever worked with and they provide top quality hardware and customer support that is second to none. If you want the best, most immersive physical hardware experience then buy this company's hardware. ignore the cheap chinese hardware implementations which are clunky and don't always work especially with the more complex trains in train sim.
tscontrollers hardware just works, if it doesn't the dev usually has a fix ready to go before you have even asked for one.
i origioinally bought the pbc v1, door panel and aws plunger 2nd hand from a fellow simmer about 18 months ago and the pbc had a few small issues which i did not expect tscontrollers to rectify as the product was out of the warranty period, but i messaged them on the off chance that something could be done and they sent a few new parts which were easy to fit and the pbc was good as new.
Since them i have bought the flexi brake v1 which a few weeks after purchase a v2 was announced. Happily i messaged to ask if there was a upgrade path for existing v1 owners and the answer was yes. sent my v1 back and a week later it was returned at v2 spec at a nominal upgrade cost better than ever.
I am a wheelchair user with limited mobility in my legs so can't use the dsd pedal in the conventional way so i asked tscontrollers to make a custom buttom similar to the aws plunger and the once again came up with the goods

I've been playing Train Simulators for over 20 years now and didn't find a controller that I felt really enhanced the experience always ending up going back to a keyboard.When I saw a video of TS Controllers being used, these looked different. Like real controls with all the correct notches. My favourite train to drive is the HST, so the Flexi Levers were my main interest, but I also ordered the Door Controls, Flexi Brake, AWS Plunger and a DSD Pedal for as much variety as possible.I was really impressed when they arrived, totally plug and play. Plug in the controllers, load the software and you're accelerating out of Newton Abbot in an HST in minutes.It's made me want to drive a lot more. The Flexi Brake V2 is particularly good. It's got me back into driving BR Blue such as the 31 and 47 and also older units like the 313. The level of immersion and control it provides is next level.After that experience, I decided I wanted the Class 66 Controllers as well. I've had them a week now and I'm blown away with how good they are. It's so satisfying having real levers. (I may now use the horn a little too much!).I'd also like to mention the Customer Service. I asked many questions and always got fast answers. Shipping to Europe was also no problem.Overall, I can't recommend TS Controllers highly enough. It's a quality product that has really enhanced my enjoyment.
I have a couple items from TS controllers and can't fault any of it. They are hand built, well crafted items that add a fantastic level of immersion to train simming. I purchased a B grade flexi-brake (B grade being one that TS controllers sold at a discounted price because of small cosmetic marks on the casing), however the marks are so small I would never have noticed them without knowing they were there and really searching for them. To me, this speaks volumes to the qulity and integrity you get from TS controllers.

I started by investing in the Flexibrake and was reassured by the solidity and quality of the build. It made a vast difference to the driving experience compared to the keyboard.That spurred me on to buy the flexilever, which transformed the experience of driving trains like the HST. You can sit back and drive a lot more intuitively.I am now eagerly awaiting the PBC Pro and hoping I can get one of the early batches to transform my driving of modern units.The kit might not be cheap, but they are not mass produced and the quality and experience they deliver makes up for that.Edit - needed to add that technical support has been top notch on the one occasion I needed to ask something.
Have purchased a fair bit of hardware from TS Controllers in the past and have been satisfied with all my purchases. Postage and delivery dates are accurate which is a great help. Also the customer care is second to none. Dan is always helpful with any issues you may have. Highly recommend these guys!!

The products from TS controllers are the best around for train simulation, I ordered the Door panel with the DRA switch, also the AWS plunger. I am truly amazed at the quality of these products, these things are built to last! and built woth high quality components, out of the box they both worked flawlessy with the software and I've had no issues whatsoever when used with TSC and TSW and take immersion to the next level when using the sims. Before purchasing i had a query about the products and the customer service i received is amazing I really do look forward to future products from TS controllers
