I am a customer in the Ottawa region. For the 2nd game in a row, it says that I cannot view the Sens game because the app thinks I am in the wrong region (I am not - TSN verified that). No VPN use.For the 2nd games in a row, I called the help line who went through some troubleshooting and then finally admitted that they were having an issue with some TV based apps (Apple TV, LG, etc). This is the 2nd call - 48 hours ago I made the same call and they said they would contact me. They did not. The support line couldn't tell me anything - it had been sent to technical support and that's all they could say. It had been 48 hours since the last issue - you think they could fix it by then. On this call, they told me they cannot call me until the problem is fixed but there is no timeframe for resolution. They offered a credit for the time period that the outage lasted (which in my calculation is less than $0.50). I prepaid for the year and I tried to cancel but I could only cancel my next renewal. I cannot get a refund. I don't want to watch on my computer or phone. On another note, their Twitter support is @TSNHelp suspended for violating the Twitter rules for some reason. They obviously don't care about their streaming customers. DO NOT PAY TSN upfront for a year.
