Poor Customer Service Experience

I encountered an issue with my subscription showing a monthly rate instead of an annual one. I tried accessing support, but the chat link didn't work, and I received no response on Twitter. When I called, I was told verbally that it was an annual rate, but I couldn't get written confirmation. I couldn't trust them after that.
