I ordered 2 tunnels. They are just as advertised. Bright and colourful and pack up into a bag for storage. Thank you TTS.However the downside was the woeful parcelforce delivery. The information on the card through the door was different to the email from the app instruction. So I was given 2 different collection points for the same tracking number. Apparently parcelforce staff know the communication doesn't work but the IT people don't seem able to resolve the issue. Also the parcelforce customer service phone number was never answered properly. I had to drive miles in the end to collect the parcels. My advice to TTS is to use a different delivery service. But full marks to TTS for a great product which will make 2 little boys very happy.
