Review Time
I placed an order for a Kiddiwash unit on 10th January. When ordering, it said that delivery would be 7-10 working days.
I received no tracking information or updates about my delivery, and after 2 weeks had passed, I contacted customer service to request an update. I was advised that the Kiddiwash would be despatched directly from the supplier on 13th Feb.
However I received an email from the supplier yesterday asking if I would like to purchase directly through them. I was confused as to why I was receiving this email, and they responded saying that they are no longer able to accept orders from TTS, and haven't since November! They advised that they have had issues with TTS that they have been trying to resolve for some time with no luck!
I was shocked to read this, and also shocked that TTS still took my order and my money (over £200!) when they must be fully aware that it wouldn't be fulfilled! And also I have clearly been lied to when I asked for the update and was advised it would be shipped on 13th Feb. I have emailed them explaining everything above and asked for a full refund - so that I can then order directly from the supplier. I am yet to receive a response. Extremely disappointed with their service to say the least! I would just like my money back so that I can order elsewhere.

This treatment of customers, especially a charity, is appalling. The disorganized customer service has led to repeated explanations and wasted time, causing significant frustration. The ongoing delays are directly affecting the opening of our sensory room, crucial for our staff and users. We urgently request an investigation into this matter, legitimate proof of delivery to our address, and immediate rectification. We expect prompt action to resolve this issue and receive our goods without further delay.
