My experience with Tucann has been nothing but perfect. A while ago when I purchased the wrong size shorts (my mistake) they took them back and replaced them with what I should have ordered in the first place. Was the easiest resolution to a problem I had caused that I have encountered. I recently sent an email advising some zipppers on a couple of my shorts were not working anymore and Tucann has offered to replace both pairs of shorts as a gesture of good will. I was not asking for a replacement as nothing but very happy with all my Tucann products. I have multiple pairs of shorts, sleeveless shirts, a singlet and a shirt and they are my favourite items of clothing in my whole wardrobe.
