Disclaimer: I have yet to purchase products from Tucann. My experience with them has been in communications regarding their products. I sent an email to them expecting no response, or a "system automated one. To my pleasant surprise, I received a very prompt personal reply from a person on their support team. In my opinion, that tells volumes about the integrity of this company.

My experience with Tucann has been nothing but perfect. A while ago when I purchased the wrong size shorts (my mistake) they took them back and replaced them with what I should have ordered in the first place. Was the easiest resolution to a problem I had caused that I have encountered. I recently sent an email advising some zipppers on a couple of my shorts were not working anymore and Tucann has offered to replace both pairs of shorts as a gesture of good will. I was not asking for a replacement as nothing but very happy with all my Tucann products. I have multiple pairs of shorts, sleeveless shirts, a singlet and a shirt and they are my favourite items of clothing in my whole wardrobe.
I was shopping for premium swimwear and this name kept coming up. Huge selection and what seemed like what I was looking for. I ordered 7" and they were a bit too long. The company took back the 7" and sent me the 5". I am so very pleased with the service. My emails were answered within minutes instead of the usual day or two. I felt like I was their only customer. Sincere, excellent and friendly customer service. I was notified when the return was received, the refund appeared in 2 days on my card. Speedy. Seamless. Friendly service. Customer for life!!
I’ve ordered multiple suits from Tucann. Sizing is true to fit. I were a medium, 5”. Excellent quality. I love the feel of the suit and the liner prevents chafing. And of course you can’t beat the look! As for customer service, I received a water bottle with my order that had a broken lid. I reached out and received a response immediately. A replacement bottle is on the way.
Excellent product and excellent customer service and I will definitely order from them again. Looks great and the material is amazing. They seem to run a size small but besides that excellent all around. I exchanged for the next size up and customer service was great in helping me out.
I purchased a total of four swimsuits from Tucan. Overall, they are very comfortable and initially appeared to be good quality.However, one swimsuit, purchased a little over 18 months ago and worn only about 10 times, had the waist elastic completely lose its elasticity.The other three swimsuits have no issues, which leads me to believe this one has a manufacturing defect.For a swimsuit at this price point — which is quite expensive — this is unacceptable. If it had been a low-priced swimsuit, I could understand, but that is not the case here.I contacted customer service, which refused to replace the swimsuit. This is the most disappointing part. A company that promotes the quality of its products should take responsibility when an obvious issue arises.I understand that manufacturing defects can happen, but the real issue is the company’s refusal to acknowledge the problem and resolve it.As a result, I am very disappointed with Tucan and do not recommend the company, especially considering the high price of its products.
