The watch arrived but isn’t working. I purchased an automatic model for 360€, wound it multiple times, yet it keeps stopping, even while I’m moving. It looks great, but appearance alone isn’t enough. I'm extremely disappointed. I checked their refund policy, and it’s useless. I'm very frustrated with the service and the misleading ratings.
