Review Time
I've acquired two watches from the company in the past ten months. The first was a full mechanical skeleton model from a specific collection, featuring rose gold, which I bought in April '25. I was so satisfied with that purchase that I decided to get another one in early January '26. This time, I chose a model from a different collection, in gold and black. I'm very happy with both timepieces.
There was a minor issue in Memphis during the shipping of the second watch due to the fluctuating tariff situation in the country, which caused delays with customs. It remained in Memphis for a few days until I contacted the company. They were already aware of the problem. Within 30 minutes of my email, I received a notification from the shipping service that the package was on the move again! I even got a personal email from the owner addressing the situation and apologizing for the delay.
I was truly impressed with that level of service.
I might consider purchasing another watch from the company in the next couple of years.
The watch is stunning, but the date is nearly impossible to see. Why not use a blue color? I reached out to the company about this, but they seem unconcerned! Now, it’s not even functioning and hasn’t moved past the 31st! I'm incredibly disappointed!
I do not recommend this company for any purchases. I bought a watch, and after two months of regular use, it started to collect moisture in the dial. I sent it back for warranty repair, and initially, they communicated via email. However, after over two months of waiting, my emails went unanswered. I’ve lost over $600. Please do not buy from this company; they take advantage of their customers. Thank you.
The watch arrived but isn’t working. I purchased an automatic model for 360€, wound it multiple times, yet it keeps stopping, even while I’m moving. It looks great, but appearance alone isn’t enough. I'm extremely disappointed. I checked their refund policy, and it’s useless. I'm very frustrated with the service and the misleading ratings.
The website is easy to navigate. I found exactly what I needed: a white face, full calendar, and large date. I ordered on 10-15-25, received a $20 coupon (thank you!), and got timely updates on shipment. The watch arrived as promised on October 20, and it's a beauty! The dial is strikingly designed, easy to read, and the adjustable band is convenient. The open back reveals beautiful movement. The quality for the price is incredible. Great watch and service with fast delivery. Thank you!
