After reading numerous reviews, I bought a bed that came in a box, making the process very easy. It’s my first memory foam mattress, and I love it so far. The box was a bit heavy at delivery, but my neighbor helped me carry it. You will definitely need assistance unless you’re quite strong! Their customer service is excellent as well.
