Disappointing Mattress Experience

Disappointing Mattress Purchase

I bought my mattress in June of 2025, excited after experiencing incredible sleep at an airbnb. For the first five months, it was fantastic, but then I began to feel pain in my hips, neck, and shoulders. I tried flipping the mattress, getting new pillows, and a box spring, but nothing helped. It appears the mattress is the problem. I learned that the company was sold to another brand, and the quality has declined since. I'm very disappointed after spending a considerable amount just six months ago on a product that now causes me pain. Bedtime has become something I dread.

Not Worth the Investment

I purchased five mattresses three years ago, including the top-of-the-line model, which started to dip and became uneven. I reached out for warranty support but received minimal assistance. The overall experience has been lacking. For the price of this mattress, I would recommend choosing another brand that stands behind its products and warranty.

Poor Quality Product

The quality is very poor; I received the wrong item, and there are holes in the interior foam liner. There is melted plastic on the corners of the sewn interior liner. It feels cheap, flat, and definitely not of good quality.

Impressed with Product and Service
