Where do I start….I have built a number of these and have had great success with them, hence when it came to our own we invested heavily into the Riho for its quality and double glazing….. when it arrived all was well….. or so we thought, it was only as we were getting towards the end the issues began to show…..1: one of the beams was so badly bent at the very top, I could not pull it straight. Ended up with two of us sat on it while a beam was fixed downwards to hold it in place tuin advised this and i still cannot remove the restraint! Fortunately it’s at the back of the building so cannot be seen!2: for the first time I did not have enough shingles to finish! Albeit tuin did send out extras after numerous emails/images sent. 3: the window locks did not fit! I was sent a poor quality replacement, they do fit but disappointing. 4: the door frame was twisted, this went on for a long time with tuin whom agreed to send out a replacement frame part…. The replacement was wrong, I gave in in the end and remedied this myself. And our current issue, the main double window DOES NOT SEAL AND LETS WATER IN its ruined the floor, wall and anything in the vicinity. Tuin sent a different type of seal which is black, on a black window and still leaks! Numerous emails, they obviously cannot see the seal installed! Of course they can’t it’s black on black! I have explained the window opening in and the ergonomics of it is designed to let water in, this was dismissed but it’s blatantly obvious! Anyhow another email sent, they need to sort it as currently it’ll be rebranded “Ruin”Tuin/sophie, if you are reading this, I am happy to adjust this review to a positive permitting you actually get on with things and resolve the issue.
