Having had a fantastic experience with out first purchase of a log cabin back in 2020 we decided to use Tuin again for a barrel sauna.On near completion of the assembly we noticed thatan Angle flue cover for a slopping roof was delivered which was NOT correct as we need a flat roof flue to prevent any leaks around the chimney. After several months of emailing Tuin they refused to assist with costs to provide the correct flue which was advertised in their brochure which should have been reflected on their website it showed a metal flange NOT a rubber one.
