I had an unsatisfactory experience with the service. The wrong blinds were sent, and the only option provided was to charge me nearly $300 more, in addition to the $300 I had already paid. Spending $600 on a single blind is excessive. Customer service was not helpful. I tried to leave a review regarding the service, but their webpage was not functional. This appears to be their method for accumulating positive reviews. I ended up discarding the blind. A total waste of money—avoid this service. I previously ordered a blind from another provider for just $240, and it was perfect.
