Disappointing service experience.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with the service. The wrong blinds were sent, and the only option provided was to charge me nearly $300 more, in addition to the $300 I had already paid. Spending $600 on a single blind is excessive. Customer service was not helpful. I tried to leave a review regarding the service, but their webpage was not functional. This appears to be their method for accumulating positive reviews. I ended up discarding the blind. A total waste of money—avoid this service. I previously ordered a blind from another provider for just $240, and it was perfect.

Avoid this service completely.

I had a terrible experience with this service. The wrong blinds arrived, and the only help I received was an offer to charge me nearly $300 more, on top of the $300 I already spent. $600 for one blind is outrageous. Customer support was not helpful at all. I tried to leave a review about my experience, but their website was malfunctioning. This seems to be their tactic for gathering positive feedback. I ended up throwing the blind away. A total waste of money—do not use this service. I ordered a blind elsewhere for just $240, and it was perfect.

Absolutely the worst blinds available.

These are truly the worst blinds ever made—do not purchase them. I can't understand how this company is still operating given our experience; the product is genuinely awful.

Inconsistent performance with the blinds.

The blinds keep rolling down on their own; the automatic limit setting is ineffective, and they continue to roll after reaching the limit. I often have to grab the blind to stop it from creasing. The manual limit setting fails regularly, leading to multiple resets each week. The app is frustratingly cheap. *After receiving a refund, customer service from the representatives improved my rating from 1 to 3 stars.*

Steer clear of this service—poor quality.

We ordered three Roman blinds from a different provider that included your motor and remote. The motor was defective, and we received a used remote that also didn’t work. We were promised replacements that never came, and now we’re told the products are out of stock. After spending £900, the blinds are useless. The quality of these products is subpar, and the representatives are incompetent.

Disappointed with the blinds.

I’m quite disappointed; the blinds work well with the remote, but if you have multiple blinds, you must remember their numbers since the remote only displays numbers. The app drove me crazy with constant pairing issues, and I was told that connecting to smart devices like Alexa or Google isn’t possible. I regret not choosing a better brand.

Great blinds, but poor automation.

The blinds are fantastic—truly great. The remote control is good as well, but note that you need a remote for each room since they operate via Bluetooth. This means you must be near the blind to use your phone for control. If you leave the room, you're out of luck. It's better to purchase the remote for operation. They also aren't compatible with smart speakers since they don’t connect to your network. I tried to set up ‘scenes,’ but you can’t program them for specific times like ‘open at dawn’ or ‘close at dusk’—you have to set a time instead. In 2024, this is quite basic! I’m really disappointed with the app and automation. However, the quality of the blinds and customer service is commendable. The remote control works well too. Everything comes pre-paired, so you just charge them and hang them up. If you don’t need automation, go for it.

Frustrating roller blind experience.

After returning from vacation, the scheduled settings for the roller blinds were deleted, yet they still rise every morning, waking us up—even on weekends.

Excellent quality curtains and easy installation.

As a novice at installing blinds, I found these curtains to be fantastic. I laid out the curtain rods, spaced the brackets, drilled the holes, attached the brackets, and hung the sheers followed by the blockout curtains. It was a meticulous process, but very straightforward. We couldn't be happier with this product.
