I am truly disappointed with the service I received, especially as a regular customer since they opened. This is the second time I've been unsatisfied. They charge high rates for stain removal and dry cleaning but provide no guarantees or proper assurances. My white pants got stained, and I contacted them immediately. Normally, prompt treatment helps, but there was no improvement. Despite this, I was asked to pay the full service cost without any accountability. The quality of service does not justify the price.
