I handed over my curtains for dry cleaning and did not receive them on time. When I finally got them back, they were wet and badly damaged, covered in stains and bleach spots. After raising the issue, they sent them for reprocessing, but the condition worsened. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, including reaching out to management, I received no constructive response. It seems like they deliberately avoid replying, causing immense frustration. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I wish I could rate them lower.
