I had a terrible experience with them. They damaged my sheer curtains during processing and falsely claimed the damage existed beforehand—a blatant lie. They washed the curtains without informing me, which only proves the damage occurred during their handling. The escalation team is utterly ineffective and offers no real assistance. This is completely unacceptable.
