I am very disappointed with this company due to misleading advertising and lack of transparency.The subscription terms are not clearly disclosed upfront. The requirement to keep the subscription for a minimum of three months is only shown in fine print during the verification process and is not clearly stated in the main advertising. Additionally, it is not disclosed that the pregnancy pillow is not included in the first box, which was a major reason I subscribed.The advertising also states that the first box would ship within two days. I placed my order on January 25, and my order still has not shipped. Because of this delay and the misleading information, I requested to cancel both the initial box and the entire subscription.I was informed there would be a $25 termination fee, which I do not believe is appropriate given the misleading advertising and failure to meet the stated shipping timeline.Overall, this experience felt deceptive and frustrating. I would caution others to carefully read all fine print and be aware that the marketing does not clearly reflect the actual terms or product delivery.
