I am very disappointed with this company due to misleading advertising and lack of transparency.
The subscription terms are not clearly disclosed upfront. The requirement to keep the subscription for a minimum of three months is only shown in fine print during the verification process and is not clearly stated in the main advertising. Additionally, it is not disclosed that the pregnancy pillow is not included in the first box, which was a major reason I subscribed.
The advertising also states that the first box would ship within two days. I placed my order on January 25, and my order still has not shipped. Because of this delay and the misleading information, I requested to cancel both the initial box and the entire subscription.
I was informed there would be a $25 termination fee, which I do not believe is appropriate given the misleading advertising and failure to meet the stated shipping timeline.
Overall, this experience felt deceptive and frustrating. I would caution others to carefully read all fine print and be aware that the marketing does not clearly reflect the actual terms or product delivery.

I had a poor experience with Tum to Mom. I wanted to try it out, and when signing up, they give you two very faint, tiny gray font options that I didnt even notice. What you don't realize is that one is a 3-month commitment and a $25 cancellation fee for cancelling before the 3 boxes ship. This is incredibly misleading, and poor business practice. I wasn't happy with the actual box and didnt want to continue to pay almost $50/mo for products that were cheap, ugly, uncreative, and not worth the price. Their shirt was this ugly dark brown color with gray font and was warped and weird-fitting. They also sent me the wrong size. The paper products were so basic and not useful. And then they sent a mug. That was the extent of their "$150 worth of products" that I paid over $50 for. Finally, their customer service was no help at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
