I ordered the promotional box with the free pregnancy pillow for my granddaughter. As it is her first child, a couple of months went by, my credit card was charged. And she received nothing. I noticed a second charge on my credit card. Went to the checking information and saw that a new box had been shipped out but it had been in the same location for 4 days. I contacted the company who told me that I did not qualify for the first promotion of the free pregnancy pillow. I said, then why did you charge me for it? And then charge me again without even notifying me. And I did not receive his response. I then attempted to cancel my box and was told that I would have to pay a $25 fee for a early cancelation. This is a complete and total scam. I read the reviews about the items that were received in boxes from other subscribers, and they described it as being pure crap, cheap thin material easily breakable. Now all I want is my money back
