This wasn't an isolated incident. Multiple users across Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and other platforms have reported identical suspensions following the same update.
I contacted your support team immediately via mail with Spotify's suspension notice attached. I also reached out via your Facebook page. I have received zero response from either channel.

Why do you continue selling this product without a clear disclaimer or pop-up warning that informs new buyers about the suspension risk?

Share the full timeline (purchase in 2023, ban after Feb 2nd update, complete lack of support response) with consumer protection authorities
