GOT SUSPENDED ON SPOTIFY AFTER USE. I purchased a license for a lifetime since 2023. On February 2nd, 2026, your application updated. Within hours, my Spotify account was suspended for Terms of Service violations directly caused by your software.
This wasn't an isolated incident. Multiple users across Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and other platforms have reported identical suspensions following the same update.
I contacted your support team immediately via mail with Spotify's suspension notice attached. I also reached out via your Facebook page. I have received zero response from either channel.

I've read your replies to similar complaints on Trustpilot. Your response follows the same template every time:
"We are truly sorry... Spotify's inconsistent practices... our team is constantly optimizing... have you experimented with similar tools?... your satisfaction is our top priority."
This is a deflection, not accountability.

You apologize and promise to "work towards a solution," but you continue selling the exact same product with the exact same specifications that caused mass account bans. You're still taking payments from new customers who have no idea their Spotify accounts will be suspended within days or weeks.
If you keep selling software that triggers bans, while knowing it triggers bans, without warning buyers upfront — that's not a technical issue. That's fraud.
Simple Questions That Require Direct Answers:
Will you refund customers whose Spotify accounts were suspended after using your software?
Will you provide written guidance to help us reinstate our Spotify accounts that YOUR software got banned?
Why do you continue selling this product without a clear disclaimer or pop-up warning that informs new buyers about the suspension risk?
If you cannot answer these three simple questions with accountability, then we all understand what this is: a common internet scam.

I have already contacted you twice (email + Facebook) with no response. I am giving you 24 hours to provide substantive answers to the questions above.

File formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre and the US Federal Trade Commission

Share the full timeline (purchase in 2023, ban after Feb 2nd update, complete lack of support response) with consumer protection authorities

There are consumer protection agencies that exist specifically to handle situations like this. Use them.
This software is quite effective and user-friendly. The installation process is straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and downloading playlists functions as promised. However, after a few days of use, my account was temporarily suspended. I was informed that my account was flagged for unauthorized activity due to the use of third-party software. I recognize that such tools may breach the terms of service of streaming platforms. Unfortunately, the potential for account suspension wasn't made sufficiently clear to me prior to using the software. While the software performs well, users must be aware that utilizing it with certain services could lead to account suspension. I would only recommend this software to those who fully comprehend and accept this risk.
This service works beautifully, and any issues are resolved quickly. I have no problems using the Apple platform and will renew my subscription when needed. I don't use another service, but any issues there are not related to this program. Overall, I love it!
I’ve tried many alternatives for downloading music from YouTube Music that I uploaded years ago, but none succeeded. I thought my music files were lost forever. This service is fantastic!
