I wouldn’t risk buying from this company. It’s poor quality hair and their refund policy favors them and screws over the buyer. I think all of their good reviews are incentivized, given by “wig influencers” in exchange for free product. The fact that they have no bad reviews and all of the photo reviews look like instagram photos should have given me a clue. The wig they sent me is extremely over processed and feels like straw. That’s petty bad when straight from the factory with all the silicone they put on it and it still feels that bad! It’s also all ratty and snarled right out of the bag! A brand new wig shouldn’t look like it was used to play tug of war with a dog right out of the package. Major quality issue. Their return policy has no provision for quality issues either. They only have a policy for returns if you decide you don’t want it for “no reason” so they are expecting me to pay for return shipping! And they want me to label the return as a “gift” valued at less than $10 and said they will refuse the return if I don’t, so there would be zero protection for the value of the product for me if something happened during shipping.
