I only ordered this wig because one of my favorite influencers rocked it so well . I’ve placed my order for my wig on Tuesday the 27th . It’s been at least 5 business days & I still don’t have any shipping details. Customer service sounds like a child ! Very unprofessional! I’m a small influencer & I will be making a video about my experience.

Tuneful Hair exceeded my expectations! The hair is super soft, true to length, and has no weird smell at all. It was full from root to tip and barely sheds. The wig came with a wig cap, to prep you hair for the install It also came with a adjustable band. When purchasing this hair the customer service I was given was beautiful. The vendors were so kind and patient with me in trying to find the hair I wanted. shipping was fast and easy when I got the hair it was smooth and soft, lace melted easily and hair did not tangle easily. I received the 26 inch Ash blonde today, but the hair density was not 250 and it didn’t appear as full as shown in the picture. I won't be purchasing another wig from this seller. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the hair. 😔
