I tried it for Amazon music and it doesn't work. it might with a very small playlist but anything bigger it just doesn't. I had to retry about 50 times and each tie it added a few extra tracks. sometimes you just get completely empty playlists. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews i found it not to work and the customer service just says it does and keep trying. It doesn't .....
