Great experience leading to a purchase

I enjoyed using it for free for a while, which was already quite generous, but I decided to purchase a yearly subscription to support the project since the pricing is fair. As a musician, I'm utilizing AI to discover songs that enhance my learning. The ability to generate a list into TMM saves a lot of time compared to adding them individually. It’s also convenient to transfer the list to another platform when needed.

Not a scam - just a few issues

I was charged three times when signing up for a subscription, and the 'Contact Us' form didn't work, leaving me unable to get my money back since the company has no email or phone contact. The music transfer I paid for didn't even work. Initially frustrating, but I eventually managed to submit the contact form. Customer service responded within a day and refunded all my payments, and the music transfer was successful. I guess I just had the misfortune of signing up during a website crash.

The service is outstanding

The service is outstanding; I was able to easily transfer most of my music. It’s not perfect (e.g., playlist dates and the recency of liked songs won’t transfer), but that seems like a tall order given the complexity of metadata. Their customer service is excellent; I reached out regarding a billing issue and they responded within a day or two! Highly recommend.
